Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Apothecary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
