Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Tippletoe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has worked as a Seamstress like her mother before her.
