History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dagnal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Vola hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Vola learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Vola was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vola decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She became a Marshal soon after.
