Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black wide-brimmed hat and black clothes. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep white.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Trynnicus was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ahinar is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Ahinar was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears dull pastel sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case. She wears her black fur down. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Serpent alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and she has money and likes to spend it
