Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Vani was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vani decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Katherine was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Zog is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Zog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
