Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. The war was a terrible time for her, and Joan does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.
