History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ulla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Margery was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
