History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Shax was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
