Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'4". She is typically in her Carter uniform, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She carries with her a set of sickles, each one with a opal on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has dyed her greying silver crest a little too much giving a sharp silver color. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Harann is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Harann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by her family

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Nyx was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Morgran will drive conversation. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she is wearing a long, white cloak. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and balancing her hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
