History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Salasar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and retire the richest man in the south
