History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ranala took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He became a Bricklayer soon after.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. The war was a terrible time for her, and Abalaba does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Abalaba reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
