History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a crush on the local guard

Description: She typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. Her white hair is braided into rings. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barber who has hired her part-time. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This man is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and red handkerchief worn on his right side. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he feels threatened by others
