History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Kerkad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zook grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zook. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Mary has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of gnolls
