History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
