History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
