History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Harriet and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
