History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a flail, but if one is not available she will default to her sickle. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her sickle, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to unite with her sister

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
