Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She tends to wear a violet poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her tied-back hair is white. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Lone enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Beggar. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
