Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Kali is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and many dire rats want her driven away

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She usually wears her pastel robe and has her shortbow always slung over her shoulder. She carries a battered greataxe and tarnished shortbow as well. Her yellow fur is braided into rings. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and regain custody of her daughter
