History: Born in the north to a Spy, Zook learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
