History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Umpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She tends to wear a large blue jacket. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He has done his best to style his bronze crest to look like a famous performer. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he very much looks the part of a Merchant. His hair is silver and curly. His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Thamuz enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Thamuz was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business.
