Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'1". He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his shield, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shield. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Nalral was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nalral's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nalral and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Dagger was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. She has taken up work as a Merchant and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. Callybon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Detective mother left her crippled. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
