Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear flannel. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a large yellow jacket. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her ears are large.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Melissa took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His crest, while still mostly green, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Voice: Speaks in third person

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Voice: Speaks like tongue is numb

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his bronze crest up. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kerkad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
