History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jezean was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jezean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Shava's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Shava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Gnarsh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gifted from a young age, Synthrin studied abroad. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
