She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When Dadalan reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away.
