Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Holg was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Holg's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Veloptima was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He became a Locksmith soon after.

History: Symma hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age her father died while driving off some illithids. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in whip use. She became a Carter soon after.
