Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Paggen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
