History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nedda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
