Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Weaver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
