History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She bought a spear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is typically in her Stylist uniform. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kristryd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kristryd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kristryd. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Sellsword. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Astar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Astar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Astar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sellsword.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.
