History: Rurik hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
