Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his religion dominates his actions
