History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Phann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Phann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
