History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Broce was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Broce grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Broce. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Shivering was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sailor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Nella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She's in love; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor, and is pretty ugly. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a great chef.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and money/treasure

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A true patriot, Margery would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
