History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Jak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Flame was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
