History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Thoradin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
