History: Pallabar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adrex grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
