History: He was born in a small desert village. Through the years after Argran was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Argran's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Arumawann learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Myev was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to clean up the streets

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and wants a kiss
