Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fulbar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Fulbar was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a tan scarf. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Engong will drive conversation. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Her childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but she was a colossal failure. She has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away.
