Description: A middle-aged woman, she dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with white slacks, and is pretty ugly. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Megren hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Megren grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and regain custody of his son

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Margery hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Margery was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and revenge

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Enna will drive conversation. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Enna was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Carter. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Fax studied abroad. Fax abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
