Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kansif embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She has blonde hair. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Matilda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Matilda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by her family

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. She carries a battered longsword and tarnished shortspear as well. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and further expansion of business
