History: Uraim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is dressed in earthy colors with a black and white handkerchief worn on her left side. Her head has been shaved. Her ears are large.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oolah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oolah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and dragonborn compassion

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her hair is auburn and very short. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Barbena hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Barbena began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and someone believes her a fraud
