History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He became a Mayor soon after.

Personality: Kilvar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
