History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her half smiles and yellow eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Emerald was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Emerald's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. He has no fur. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in halberd use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Serpent was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
