History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Valafar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Valafar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
