She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a worn and beaten armor. She has moderate length copper crest. She has red eyes and a black hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Biri grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Biri. Being a Bowyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Fragrant and her spouse have recently divorced.
