History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Shaena reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Now she works as a dancing tutor during her time off.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
