Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Carrie isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. Carrie is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Sun learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but she was a colossal failure. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. His hair is black and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with his god.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
