History: She was born in the north. Astaro was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mason. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her broad violet hat.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Susannah never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
