Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He sports a flattop crest cut. His eyes are gold.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dadalan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is greedy; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his brown hair up. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and his religion dominates his actions

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: She stands about 4'7" and wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is black and very short. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Phann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Phann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
